Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Ensure all customer complaints are resolved.Maintains store staff by orientating, and training employees.

Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements of the Mall, Labour and all other compliance needed.

Determines store marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Inventory: ensure monthly stocktaking are done and reports of findings are submitted.

Banking: Print all cash ups on a daily basis and refunds are filled with proper documents.

Petty cash: Ensure all documents are in place before withdrawing.

Attendance register: monitor and send staff hours by 10am on the 24th of each month or the day before if the 25th falls on weekend.

Monthly declarations: submit to the Oceans Mall before the designated due date.

Essential: Grade 12

Essential: Diploma or Degree in retail/finance management.

Minimum 3-5 years in a store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment or successful completion

Strong retail/FMCG background.

Knowledge of stock, cost, risk, and compliance management procedure.
