Exchanges are permitted in the event of our consumers receiving items that do not fit as expected. Only size exchanges are allowed and below are aspects that consumers should adhere to for the procedure to be seamless:

Items can only be exchanged within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. We kindly ask that you initiate the exchange process within this timeframe. There will be no return on masks or hosiery for health and safety reasons.
